The EMCs are designed to track the requirements of the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive and other human rights and environmental due diligence (HREDD) legislation to help companies implement HREDD more effectively across their supply chains. This member-only webinar offers an opportunity to hear from project leadership about an innovative use of contract provisions to support effective HREDD, discuss their application with fellow practitioners, and to contribute to the further development of the EMCs as part of the consultation process now underway.
